PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid passing device showing an epochal working effect that have to for not existed. SOLUTION: In this fluid passing device, a sending portion 2 is continuously arranged in an inlet side of a fluid passing portion 1 in which fluid passes through, and a returning portion 3 is continuously arranged in an outlet side. A first valve portion 4 internally equipped with a valve 5 is provided between the sending portion 2 and the fluid passing portion 1. By switching operation of the valve 5, the first valve portion 4 produces a first state making the fluid pass from the sending portion 2 to the fluid passing portion 1, a second state making the fluid pass from the sending portion 2 in another direction from the fluid passing portion 1, and a third state making the fluid pass from the fluid passing portion 1 in another direction from the sending portion 2. A second valve portion 6 internally equipped with a valve 7 is provided between the fluid passing portion 1 and the returning portion 3. By switching operation of the valve 7, the second valve portion 6 produces a first state making the fluid pass from the fluid passing portion 1 to the returning portion 3, a second state making the fluid pass from the returning portion 3 in another direction from the fluid passing portion 1, and a third state making the fluid pass from the fluid passing portion 1 in another direction from the returning portion 3.
