PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device in which an exhaust pipe cover can be correctly and stably installed and fixed. SOLUTION: This device includes an exhaust pipe 11 connected to an engine for every cylinder, a collecting pipe 12 connected to the exhaust pipe 11 for collecting the exhaust pipes 11 under a car body frame, and a muffler 13 connected to a rear end of the collecting pipe 12, and disposed at a rear side part of a car body. In a cover 14 to cover a roughly lower half part including a lower surface of the collecting pipe 12, an installation opening part is formed. A flanged collar is provided on the opening part through a cushion rubber having a roughly U-shaped cross section. The cover 14 is bolted to the collecting pipe 2, and a circular protective member having a roughly U-shaped cross section is disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the cushion rubber and an end edge of the opening part.
