PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered part superior in dimensional accuracy and strength. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the objective sintered part having a step of compacting a base powder to form a powder compact, a step of sintering the powder compact at the melting temperature or lower into a sintered compact, and a sizing step of compressing the surface part of the sintered compact with a sizing die to size it, is characterized by such a density structure of the powder compact as the sintered compact can have low density in the surface part, and have higher density in the main body part except the surface part than in the surface part. The method for manufacturing the objective sintered part can manufacture the sintered part superior in dimensional accuracy and strength.
