COUPLING METHOD AND COUPLING STRUCTURE OF FRAME FOR BUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reasonable coupling of the body side of a bus to the chassis frame side by absorbing a relative error without correcting them in coupling them. SOLUTION: A clearance 5 for adjusting the relative error is previously secured between a skirt pillar 2 (body side frame body) and a cross member 4 (chassis frame side frame body) to be inter-coupled. The back face of a web 6a of a first channel bar 6 is connected to the skirt pillar 2 in advance so as to form a groove shape opening toward the cross member 4 side, flange parts 6b and 7b of the first channel bar 6 and a second channel bar 7 are overlapped with a shifted phase via the second channel bar 7 so as to form a groove shape opening toward the skirt pillar 2 side between the first channel bar 6 and the cross member 4, and the back face of a web 7a of the second channel bar 7 is coupled to the cross member 4 and the flange parts 6b and 7b are inter-coupled.
