<p>A method of selectively isolating Streptococcus sobrinus alone from oral streptococci involving Mutans streptocossi and a medium for selecting Streptococcus sobrinus are developed. A method of isolating Streptococcus sobrinus alone substantially by adding a monobactam antibiotic to a medium wherein oral streotpcocci involving Mutans streptocossi can be exclusively grown; and a medium for selecting Streptococcus sobrinus preapred by adding a monobactam antibiotic to a medium wherein oral streotpcocci involving Mutans streptocossi can be exclusively grown.</p> |
