<p>An embroidery sheet most suitable for a service of making an embroidery upon accepting an order by an orderer. The sheet includes a mark indicating the position of an article to be embroidered so as to embroider the article while attaching the embroidery sheet to the article. The embroidery sheet (1) used for embroidering an article to be embroidered such as an item of clothes upon accepting an order of a customer comprises, on the front side of the sheet, an embroidery area indicating part (L, S) indicating the embroidery area such as of a pattern embroidered on the article, positioning marks (X, Y) for specifying the position where the article is embroidered, a note box in which information on the embroidery order is written and which is provided in a predetermined portion of the front side of the sheet other than the positioning marks, and adhesive portions (25, 27, 29, 31) provided on the back side of the sheet in predetermined areas except the portion corresponding to the embroidery area and used for fixing the sheet to the article.</p> |
