The dashboard panel device (10) has 2 air channels (18,19), provided with sections extending transverse to the vehicle longitudinal axis and parallel sections separated via a channel wall, defined between upper and lower dashboard panel components, each having respective air outlet openings (27,28; 29,30) at the opposite ends of the dashboard panel device. One air channel is contained within the other air channel upstream of the air outlet openings.
