PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting cap which can prevent any illegal or mistaken use, and can be easily handled and change the operation for a user who has no fear of any illegal or mistaken use. SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin spouting cap which is demarcated in strips from a circumferential wall 5 of a cap body to an edge part of a top wall 6, engages an upper end with a circumferential wall 14 of a lid body in a closed condition so as to prevent a lid from being opened on the inner side, and has an engagement piece 10 which can be pressed inward so as to perform disengagement thereof, the engagement piece 10 can be cut off, and if the cap is used out of the reach of a baby or the like, the spouting cap cannot be opened unless the engagement piece 10 is pressed in when opening the lid to perform disengagement, and misuse can be prevented, and if the engagement piece 10 is cut off, troubles in opening the lid can be easily eliminated. |
