PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection-expansion molding by which a molded product of a specified expanded state can be stably obtained by eliminating irregularities per shot from the impregnation amount measured by a measurement part of an expanding agent contained in a molten resin. SOLUTION: This method for injection-expansion molding comprises the steps to supply the expanding agent to a molten resin obtained by rotating a screw into the cylinder of an injection molding machine, then mix the molten resin with the expanding agent to perform an impregnation process and measure the obtained molten resin impregnated with the expanding agent and further, inject the molten resin into a mold cavity to obtain an expanded molded product. After the start of the measurement, the supply of the expanding agent into the cylinder is initiated and thus, the equivalent amount of the expanding agent to a preset single shot is supplied into the cylinder. Following these steps, the supply of the expanding agent into the cylinder is stopped and the molten resin containing the expanding agent is injected. |
