PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet unit in which aggregation, precipitation, and the like, of ink can be prevented. SOLUTION: When an ink tank replacement detector 28 detects replacement of ink tank, a timer 30 counts elapse of a specified time after previous oscillation of an ultrasonic oscillator 32, or an inconvenient component detector 34 detects an inconvenient component of ink, a CPU 20 in the ink jet printer 1 delivers a shaking instruction to a shaker control circuit 31 through an I/O interface 24. Consequently, the ultrasonic oscillator 32 is oscillated to impart an ultrasonic oscillation to the ink tank. |
