PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning automatic adjusting device that can change the set temperature of air-conditioning equipment is accordance with the temperature rises of various kinds of equipment. SOLUTION: An ampere meter 10 measures the electric current consumption of video audio equipment 211 -21n , and a heating value calculating section 11 calculates the total heating value consumption of the equipment 211 -21n from the total electric current consumption of the equipment 211 -21n measured by means of the ampere meter 10 at preset time intervals. A set air-conditioning temperature calculating section 12 calculates the temperature set to the air- conditioning equipment 22 from the total heating value consumption calculated by means of the calculating section 11 and, when the calculated temperature varies from the present set temperature of the equipment 22, sets the calculated temperature to the equipment 22.
