PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, fast and accurate measuring method of the mmmm-pentad mole fraction, in a polyproylene block copolymer. SOLUTION: The intensity ratio (mmr r/mmmm) of a peak, belonging to mmmm pentad and mmr r pentad in the<13> C-NMR spectrum of the polypropylene block copolymer, is used. The empirical formula between the mmmm pentad mole fraction measured by the<13> C-NMR of a propylene homopolymer and mmr r/mmmm in the<13> C-NMR spectrum of the homocoplymer has been determined berforehand, and mmr r/mmmm in the<13> C-NMR spectrum of the polypropylene block copolymer is substituted therefor, to thereby determine the mmmm pentad mole fraction of a propylene homopolymerized part in the polyproylene block copolymer.
