PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a plunger by preventing a hindrance of the movement of the hydraulic fluid filled in a space of a plunger back surface toward a plunger front surface or a drain with the operation of a plunger in a solenoid valve arranged in a fluid circuit, and to miniaturize the solenoid valve, and to improve the magnetic efficiency thereof. SOLUTION: A sliding member is structured by integrally forming a spool with the plunger, and this sliding member has a through hole in the axial direction thereof.
