The panel transporting trolley has struts (11,31) geometrically arranged between a support surface (5) and wheel axle (2) in such a way that when viewed in the rolling direction the support surface forms an acute angle (21) to the horizontal plane of the ground surface (49) between the edge section (14) facing the loading side (50) and the lean-on device (6) for the panels. The support surface by the said edge section ends above the running surface (16) of the wheel on the loading side so that the panels can be erected on the support surface in front of the inner radial plane (12) of this wheel (4) and contact free with regard to the wheel.
