PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording film in which an image having an excellent ink absorbing capability and a high quality level can be printed in an ink jet recording method such as an ink jet printer or the like and which has a high printing density and no bleeding. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording film comprises a stretched mixture containing 40 to 80 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin, 15 to 50 wt.% of an unshaped silica and 5 to 20 wt.% of an ink fixing agent. The ink jet recording film further comprises a stretched base layer containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic pigment, and the ink jet recording films as surface layers on one or both surfaces of as the base layer. |
