PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage bag which can be easily manufactured and is highly economical, and with which received food can be appropriately treated with heat either in hot water or using a microwave oven. SOLUTION: The food storage bag 40 is formed as an airtight bag by thermally welding required portions of a plastic film to receive inside food to be treated with heat. It includes a seal-in-bag 46 for sectioning the inside of the bag into a plurality of regions each having airtightness. The food 100 is received in one of the plurality of regions. The seal-in-bag 46 is formed to include a region 46b with low adhesion which is unsealed by a steam pressure when the food 100 is heated and a region 46a with high adhesion which is not unsealed by the steam pressure. |
