<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate liquid leakage in a jointing face, and to allow efficient measurement by making the measurement allowed, even in a small amount of a sample, in a surface plasmon resonance cell, a lid thereof, a sensor chip thereof, and to provide an analytical method for a sample liquid using them. SOLUTION: In this surface plasmon resonance cell 1 provided with the sensor chip 2 provided with a metal layer 2b, a diffraction grating 2c and a sensor face 2A, and the lid 3 for covering the upper side of the sensor face 2A with proper spacing to form a flow passage for a testing fluid between it and the sensor chip 2, plural jointing portions are provided along a flowing direction of the testing fluid at a prescribed portion on the sensor face 2A of the sensor chip 2, plural jointing portions 4a are also provided along the flowing direction in a prescribed portion on the lid 3, the jointing portions of the sensor chip 2 are jointed to the jointing portions 4a of the lid 3 to form one or more of flow passage(s), and jointing faces 2Ax, 4ax for the sensor chip 2 and the lid 3 are formed to be smooth.</p> |
