<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a contact characteristic between one main electrode 63 of a thin film transistor Tr and a pixel electrode 75 having a function of a reflecting film, with respect to a reflection type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The pixel electrode 75 having a function of a reflecting film is connected with one main electrode 83 of the thin film transistor, and the pixel electrode 75 is formed of two or more kinds of material layers 76, 77 having a material layer 76 for reducing electrical resistance of the part in contact with the main electrode 63.</p> |
