PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idling stop system that can perform appropriate idling stop control at a stop for a signal and the like. SOLUTION: The vehicular idling stop system comprises a switching information receiving means 20 for receiving signal switching information about switching timing of a signal ahead, a computing means 18 for setting as a stop time a time until a change of the signal to a blue signal computed from the signal switching information at a stop for the signal, and an idling stopping means 18 for stopping idling if the stop time is longer than a given time. |
