X-RAY GENERATING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generating method and its device capable of generating a continuous X-ray by generating plasma by condensing and irradiating a laser in the air with liquid as a target. SOLUTION: A high concentration electrolytic aqueous solution such as CsCl or RbCl is circulated by a pump 2, and a femtosecond laser pulse 6 is condensed and irradiated via an objective lens 7 to a film surface of the high concentration electrolytic aqueous solution blown out in a jet shape by a glass nozzle 3 to generate a pulse X-ray.
