PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorating sheet, which is deformed into a cubic shape having fine line-like pattern with the width of line of 0.02 to 0.3 mm. SOLUTION: A fine line layer at least made of straight lines or curved lines is formed on a base sheet by means of offset printing or gravure printing. In addition, a hiding layer, in which the chromaticity differenceΔE in the L*a*b*-color model measured according to CIE 1976 (or JIS Z 8729) before and after the elongation of the decorating sheet by the tension test according to JIS C 2318 by the area elongation percentage of 120 to 280% is set to be 6 to 64, is formed by means of screen printing so as to cover the fine line layer. After the printings of the fine line layer and of the hiding layer are performed onto the decorating sheet, the decorating sheet is deformed into the cubic shape having the width of the line of the fine line layer of 0.02 to 0.3 mm.
