PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensor testing method so as to use a signal for expressing a parameter to be measured at a very short time interval even when inspecting a sensor without interruption or relatively large interruption. SOLUTION: The action of disturbance exerted on the signal outputted from the sensor is detected in a learning phase, and when tensing the sensor, the signal outputted from the sensor is processed so as to remove a change in the sensor output signal caused by the disturbance.
