PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a current value to a motor coil of a shutter motor. SOLUTION: A rise in voltage at the positive input end of a current-control amplifier 16 is controlled by charging a capacitor 26 with a constant current from a constant-current circuit 22. Thus, the variation in voltage at the upper side of a current detecting resistor 14 when starting driving of the motor is controlled to be constant irrespective of fluctuation in a power source voltage, and thereby the current flowing through the motor coil 10 is controlled with accuracy.
