PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce irregularity and offset of an image and facilitate extraction of paper. SOLUTION: An oscillating member 15 having a contact surface 16 with paper 3 is turnably supported on an arm 21 disposed turnably on a side fence 76'. When the paper 3 is loaded, the width directional end of the paper 3 rises upward with the contact with the oscillating member 15, and drops downward with displacement of the oscillating member 15 in the inward direction of the side fence 76'. When the loaded paper 3 is extracted, the oscillating member 15 completely comes into the side fence 76' while displacing upward with a complex displacement with the arm 21 in response to a lifting operation of paper bundle in the arrow E direction. The oscillating member 15 returns to an initial position by own weight after passing of the paper bundle.
