PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching a resin molded member capable of attaching an attaching member to a member to be attached with high manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: In molding the pivot member 36 attached to a hub body 52 from a resin, a pivot member 54 is molded so as to be made large by a dimension corresponding to shrinkage generated after molding and arranged at an attaching position with respect to the hub main body 52 immediately after being molded to be attached to the hub body 52 by utilizing the shrinkage generated in the pivot member 54. By this constitution, it is unnecessary to accurately form the attaching region of the hub main body 52 and the pivot member 54 and, further, it is unnecessary to perform work for fitting the pivot member 54 in the hub main body 52 under pressure. Therefore, the pivot member 54 is attached with high manufacturing efficiency to manufacture a reel.
