PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for sending out a liquid capable of continuously sending out the liquid at a constant volume rate by preventing liquid leakage due to a shape error of each member and an assembling inaccuracy. SOLUTION: A flat plate A made of a resin material such as a fluororesin or the like or a metallic material such as stainless steel or the like is inserted between a main body 10 of a flow rate adjusting instrument 1 and a rotor 11 whereby a leak of syrup S can be prevented even if there is a clearance resulting from shape errors of contact surfaces of the main body 10 and the rotor 11 and an assembling inaccuracy.
