PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly accurately position a work in its axial direction and a direction which intersects the axis at right angles regardless of the accuracy of a through hole. SOLUTION: By inclining an inclination adjusting base 56 to a location adjusting base 54 after the work W is fixed to the inclination adjusting base 56 through the use of a work fixing member 58, the inclination of the axis of the work W is adjusted. Then by displacing the location adjusting base 54 with the inclination adjusting base 56, the axis of the work W is matched with the axis of a shaft body 52.
