PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in strength, elasticity, and adhesiveness, turning into a hardened resin excellent in cold resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains (A) a fluorine containing copolymer containing (a) a monomeric unit which is a fluoroolefin, (b) a monomeric unit which is an alkyl (meth)acrylate, and (c) a monomeric unit having a hydrolytic silyl group described by -Si(R<1> )a X<1> (3-a) , and (B) an epoxy resin. In (A) the fluorine containing copolymer, (a) the fluoroolefin monomeric unit accounts for 10-50 mol%, (b) the alkyl (meth)acrylate 40-89 mol%, and (c) the monomeric unit having a hydrolytic silyl 0.5-20 mol%. The ratio by weight of (A) the fluorine containing copolymer to (B) the epoxy resin is: (A)/(B)=(1 to 100)/(100 to 1).
