The invention concerns a closure cap (1) comprising a protrusion (10) projecting from the inside of the skirt (6), designed to co-operate with an outer thread of a neck. The closure cap further comprises a deformable lip (4) projecting from the transverse wall (3), and a compressible pressure seal (13), arranged in the closure cap (1) against the lip (4). In an intermediate unscrewing position, the protrusion is placed in an indentation of the thread of the neck and retained therein by the elasticity of the compressed lip. Thus, in said locking position, the closure cap cannot be accidentally unscrewed, even under the effect of pressure internal to the container. Before unscrewing the closure cap, the user first exerts an axial force tending to eject the protrusion from the indentation by compressing the sealing means (4, 13).
