<p>The invention relates to a hands-free, foot-controlled water mixing valve which can be used to deliver a mixture of hot and cold water to a cock. The inventive valve is completely different to those currently available owing to the novel design thereof which is characterised in that it mixes the water and is controlled by the foot such that the user's hands remain free and can be used more effectively for other operations. Moreover, the use of said valve prevents cross contamination and saves on water since the water is only used when the control is actuated, thereby ensuring a more effective use of the water.</p> |
