The parallel panels (1) are positioned between two arms (8) of a wooden, metal or plastic frame . Each panel consists of a composite safety glass (2) and is slightly arched on one lengthwise side. The narrow sides of the panels have fastenings (5) in the form of U-shaped clips with pins (6) and or needles (7) taking the arms of the window or door blind. The base of the sloping grooves (10) in the arms hold the pins by means of sleeves (11). Seals (12) are on the underside of the panels.
