PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonized product-manufacturing apparatus which can stably carbonize refuse in a short time and perform an activation treatment to modify a carbonized product in a manufacturing process, further permits a desalting treatment of a carbonized product containing salt derived from refuse, and realizes combustion, with suppressed generation of NOx, of a dry distillation gas generated on manufacturing a carbonized product. SOLUTION: The carbonized product-manufacturing apparatus comprises a carbonization oven 4 where dry distillation and carbonization of a material to be carbonized are carried out in the course of movement of the material to be carbonized from a supplying section to a discharging section, a combustion apparatus 7, arranged at the discharging section side of the carbonization oven, for a dry distillation gas generated during dry distillation and carbonization of the material to be carbonized, a connecting section 8 which connects the carbonization oven to the combustion apparatus and discharges a carbonized product, a water-washing tank 10 where the carbonized product discharged from the connecting section is temporarily stored and subjected to desalting by water-washing, and a conveying apparatus 15 for the carbonized product connecting the water-washing tank to the storage hopper. |
