<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic part having high reliability which doesn't cause falling off an electric terminal or abnormal conductivity between internal electrodes even used under exposure to heat cycle. SOLUTION: The ceramic part is composed of a metal electric terminal, the ceramic part having a hole for housing a part of this terminal, and an internal electrode. The electric terminal is brazed and fixed with the internal electrode.</p> |
