发明名称 METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING WHETHER CAPACITOR IS GOOD OR BAD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a 'good or bad' discriminating method for capacitors by which whether or not a capacitor is good or bad can be discriminated in a short time precisely. SOLUTION: The characteristic of a high-reliability capacitor changes a little, since its leakage current and temperature rise are small. Whereas the characteristic of a low-reliability capacitor changes much, since its leakage current and temperature rise are large. By utilizing these, applying voltages to capacitors, and measuring their charging currents, whether or not the capacitors are nondefective is discriminated. Capacitors whose charging current decrease monotonously are discriminated as good articles, and capacitors whose current values decrease once after the voltage application, and become larger after that are discriminated as bad articles.
