PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical surface lighting system for automatically detecting unevenness of colors, existence of flaws or the like on finishing of snappings for clothing or the like. SOLUTION: Light which is to be reflected in the camera 3 direction respectively from a peripheral part 1a of the snapping part 1 by peripheral illumination lamps 20 and from a center part 1b of the snap 1 by a central illumination lamp 30 is acquired. A half mirror 40 for directing light from the central illumination lamp 30 toward the center part 1b is arranged in a reflected light path P, connecting the sapping part 1 to the camera 3. The traveling direction of light toward the snapping part 1 from each of lamps 20, 30 is dispersed or diffused by transmissive materials 22, 32.
