PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a building material vacuum panel with stabilized quality and contribute to a mass processing of waste plastic being an industrial waste by molding an integral vacuum panel comprising synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A sheet shaped vacuum panel is constructed by connecting vacuum panel units composed of a cylindrical unit 2 integrally molded with synthetic resin, and a cross sectional configuration of the cylindrical unit 2 of the vacuum panel is of a polygonal one having an ellipsoidal roof, at the center of which roof there is provided a reinforcing rib 3 protruded upward and downward and facing to each other while including a gap G. When the inside of the cylindrical unit 2 becomes vacuum, the tip ends thereof are brought into contact with each other to ensure the shape and strength of the panel.
