PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a clearance of non damping without fixing a brake disc in the direction of rotation and to correspond to a slide in an axial line direction of the brake disc by a flex characteristic in an axial line direction of an arm extension part. SOLUTION: A brake assembly unit includes a flex disc brake fixed to a brake device of a clutch brake connection unit of a press. A plurality of finger elements having flexibility in an axial line direction, forming curved or arch shape, are extended from an external peripheral side part of a flex disc. This finger element is at least partially extended in a circumferential direction of the flex disc almost reverse to the direction of rotation of a crankshaft of the press. Each finger element fixes one end part to a fixed press crown. During starting of a brake, flexibility in an axial line direction of each finger element receives displacement in an axial line direction of the mounted brake device, in the case of operating movement to a brake position in the brake device. This flex brake disc tenders torque rigidity placing this disc in a fixed condition in the direction of rotation.
