PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight aerodynamic ratchet driven wrench of a simple structure and having a reverse-preventive mechanism at a low cost. SOLUTION: This aerodynamic ratchet driven wrench includes a pair of single component springs, each spring engages a corresponding claw with an output element, and the rotation by the corresponding claw prevents the rotation of the output element in the reverse direction. The configuration of the claw and the spring can reduce the size of a wrench head part compared with that of a conventional aerodynamic ratchet driven wrench, and the wrench is accessible to a narrow space thereby. The spring is formed of one spring wire at a low cost, and an independent spring coil to urge the claw and prevent the reverse-rotation of the output element is provided.
