The fixture is formed of a plate body (base plate) (2) having an elongated hole (6) in such a manner that a belt (waist belt) (13) is inserted through the elongated hole (6) and folded back at one (691) of the opposing edge portions of the hole (6) so that the edge portion (691) bears the tension applied to the belt (13). The edge portion (691) is formed so that the central portion projects relative to the side end portions in a direction opposite the direction of the tension applied to the belt (13).
