A network−cooperation information mediating technique capable of prompting a user to continuously participate and continuously acquiring marketing data, thereby realizing collection of highly accurate marketing data. A network−cooperation information mediating system includes a scratch book used while cooperating with the Internet, a user terminal, a server, and a database constructed on the Internet, and a database for campaign of each advertiser or campaign plan. The scratch book is a book having a plurality of scratch portions of a number corresponding to a network address of an advertiser or a campaign plan. According to steps S1 to S12, today’s number appearance by today’s scratch, today’s number registration by accessing a portal site, check whether ID matches with the scratch number, and notification of hit/blank are repeated the number of times identical to the number of the scratch portions in the scratch book.
