PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a double side in-mold molded product with such features that a film need not be perforated and the yield of the molded product can be improved by preventing the inclusion of cuttings into the molded product and the formation of a dent in the molded product from occurring. SOLUTION: In the method for double side in-mold molding by which a first continuous film 7 and a second continuous film 14, each having a printed layer formed on mutually counter-positioned faces are made to pass through in parallel, a sigmoid introduction part Z with a first curve 3c and a second curve 4c formed sequentially from an injection aperture V side formed on the mold side when a cavity half 3 and a movable half 4 are clamped, is formed in a direction which is orthogonal with the film feed direction. Further, on the cavity half 3 side, the first continuous film 7 is made to pass so that an end part 7a is positioned opposite to the second curve 4. At the same time, on the movable half 4 side, the second continuous film 14 is made to pass so that the end part 14a is positioned opposite to the first curve 3c. Next, the movable half 4 and the cavity half 3 are put together and a material is injected into a space between the first continuous film 7 and the second continuous film 14 from the sigmoid introduction path Z. |
