PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a surface film of a plastic card, capable of being extremely improved in adhesiveness to a base sheet formed out of a polycarbonate-based resin composition, by using the resin composition as the surface film of the plastic card. SOLUTION: This resin composition for the surface film of the plastic card comprises the polycarbonate resin in an amount of 90-40 wt.% and a carboxylic acid-modified polybutylene terephthalate in an amount of 10-60 wt.%.
