PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe coupling tool capable of surely inserting and setting a branch pipe into a cylinder part even when the branch pipe is erroneously inserted into the cylinder part with strong force and capable of improving workability and safety. A groove 121 fitted onto the flange part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder part 12. When the flange part 22 is fitted into the groove 22 and the ring member 2 is set on the step 124a, the flange part 22 protrudes outward from the aperture 32 in a plane view from an upper part of the cylinder part and an overlap part F overlapped with the main pipe 3 is formed.
