PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide plastic magnetic material having an excellent flow property, free from generation of breaking in manufacturing and a magnet made from the same manifests an excellent flexibility without reducing strength. SOLUTION: This plastic magnetic material based is obtained by kneading (A) magnetic powder, (B) a polyamide resin and (C) 3-30 wt.% based on the polyamide resin of a bis-unsaturated fatty acid amide expressed by formula; R1 -CONH-R3 -NHCO-R2 [R1 and R2 are each an unsaturated hydrocarbon group having one or more double bonds, and R3 is a hydrocarbon group.], and the invention includes the plastic magnet made from the same.
