PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for wall covering excellent in embossability, scratch resistance, three-dimensional applicability, workability, and application stability and its production method. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is prepared by (1) forming a coating film of a two-component-type urethane resin containing 0.5-20 pts.wt. wax per 100 pts.wt. urethane resin on the clear film side of a sheet prepared by thermally press bonding a clear amorphous polyester resin film and a colored opaque amorphous polyester resin film and (2) laminating an acrylic pressure- sensitive adhesive layer and a release paper to the colored opaque film side. The production method for the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises forming a coating film of a two-component-type urethane resin containing a wax on one side of a clear amorphous polyester resin film, bringing the side having the coating film into contact with a heating drum, laminating a colored opaque amorphous polyester resin film to the other side of the clear amorphous polyester resin film, thermally press bonding both the polyester resin films, and laminating an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release paper to the colored opaque film side.
