PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment device for attaching a branch base blast-pipe, with which a dimension-adjusting operation and a transferring operation, even in a narrow space having many obstacles therein, can be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: The adjustment device for attaching the branch base blast-pipe 10 having a gauge 17 for adjusting a relative distance between positions of the branch base pipe 13 and a tuyere metallic material 14 to be attached, comprises annular rails 20 and 21 which are installed in the proximity of an annular pipe 12, and a transfer counter 24 which is suspended from the annular rails 20 and 21 and travels while holding the gage 17. The gauge 17 comprises a position-adjusting section 32, on a tip part of which an abutting locus 31 for abutting to a bottom end flange 29 of the pipe 13 is attached, and which is installed so that the relative position to the transfer counter 24 can be adjusted by means of moving it toward back-and-forth, side-to-side, and up-and-down; and an advancing and retreating section 52a, on the tip part of which a position deciding sheet 54 capable of abutting to the inner surface of the tuyere metallic material 14 is installed, and which is provided with a sliding guide 52 for advancing and retreating toward the tuyere metallic material 14 in a fixed guide 51 installed at the bottom end part of the position-adjusting section 32.
