PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem that while a wrap is partially peeled off by a plastic tape, an edge cannot be always found simply as the wrap clings when dropped from a hand, and to allow the edge to be always found within one turn by bringing a laminated adhesive and flexible plastic film mat into contact around the wrap. SOLUTION: A piece 1 obtained by dividing the laminated adhesive and flexible film mat into two or three pieces is used to wind the clinging wrap in tight contact, and by peeling the mat in one or the other direction, an edge of the wrap 2 comes together with the mat 1 to be peeled.
