PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the adjustment of the supply of an injection material in an individual gate or the adjustment of the height of a gate mark is difficult and a hot runner device is not compact. SOLUTION: In the hot runner device equipped with a runner heating means for holding a resin R supplied to a cavity 11 having a shape corresponding to that of a molded article through a gate 15 to a molten state in a runner 16, gate pins 24 arranged in a state moving forwardly and rearwardly so as to traverse a part of the runner 16 and pin drive means 25-31 for driving the gate pins 24 so as to open and close the gate 15, the pin drive means 25-31 have a servo motor 29, a transmission member 26 extending in the direction crossing the forward and rearward moving direction of the gate pins 24, a first power transmission mechanism 31 for connecting one end of the transmission member 26 to the servo motor 29 and second power transmission mechanisms 25, 27 and 28 for connecting the other end of the transmission member 26 to the base ends of the gate pins 24. Drive means 25-31 are respectively provided at every individual gate pin 24.
