PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet tissue type noxious insect-repelling agent for a human body, having a good use feeling and excellent in noxious insect-repelling effect. SOLUTION: This noxious insect-repelling agent for the human body is obtained by holding oil in water type emulsion incorporated with a noxious insect-repelling ingredient on a supporting material. The oil in water type emulsion incorporated with 0-10 wt.% lower alcohol is preferable.
