<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas heat exchanger capable of avoiding enlargement of layout space, restricting heat radiation loss, restricting flow resistance of exhaust gas, and to achieve high heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: In this exhaust gas heat exchanger 15, heat exchange is performed between exhaust gas and other fluid in an engine 4 in which exhaust gas is discharged outward through an exhaust manifold 27 connected to the exhaust side of a cylinder head 28. The exhaust passage 29 is formed inside the exhaust manifold 27, and an exhaust port 30 communicated with a cylinder is opened in an upstream part of the exhaust passage 29. A heat exchanging part 15a comprising a plurality of non-circular screw pipes 23 disposed in parallel is provided in the middle of a downstream part of the exhaust passage 29. A cooling water passage 31 surrounding the exhaust passage 29 is formed of a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the exhaust manifold 27 and an outer circumferential surface of the exhaust passage 29.</p> |
